Saginaw High and Bridgeport High are on a collision course for a Wednesday showdown in the Division 2 regional basketball at Caro, but both first must take care of business in Monday’s semifinals.

The Trojans, 18-6, are favored against Shepherd, 20-4, which has faced weaker competition, in the 7 p.m. nightcap. In the opener at 5:30 p.m., Bridgeport takes a 20-4 record against Flint Hamady, 18-4.

In Division 3, Nouvel Catholic Central (20-4) heads for Unionville-Sebewaing to face Millington, 17-7, at 5:30 p.m. Monday.

Michigan Lutheran Seminary also plays at 5:30 p.m. Monday in Deckerville, an underdog with an 11-12 record against Hillman (20-4), an up-north community midway between Oscoda and Mackinaw City.
