According to the calendar, it is now officially Spring. Is it too late to apply for college next Fall The Michigan College Access Network (MCAN) would say, it is not too late to apply!

To emphasize this point, MCAN has declared the week of March 20-24 as “Spring Application Week.” From now through Friday, many colleges and universities are waiving application fees and extending help in a variety of ways to help students apply.

Another resource is the latest information about the brand new Michigan Achievement Scholarship. There is still time to apply and receive the scholarship. It is not competitive and is based upon completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Assistance).
