Saginaw C.A.P., Community Alliance for the People, has tackled topics ranging from ARPA to housing to policing. For a summer break, the 2-year-old advocacy group is hosting a non-political block party today from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. at New Life Baptist Ministries (1401 Janes Ave.).
