After a successful event in June, STARS and several of its community partners will be hosting a job and education fair on Tuesday, August 1st, from 10AM to 3PM at the STARS Plaza (615 Johnson Street). All residents seeking employment or education opportunities are encouraged to stop in and apply.
In addition to STARS hiring, the fair will include Francis Reh Academy, Hemlock Semiconductor, Great Lakes Bay Health Centers, Saginaw County CAC, Saginaw Covenant Academy, Walmart (Brockway location) and Youth Protection Council. Candidates will be invited to fill out job applications on-site and even have possible on-site interviews.
“We are thankful to be welcoming organizations offer employment and educational opportunities along our routes to connect with our riders. There are incredible options out there right now and we are thankful to partner with them to get the word out,” said Kim Davis, STARS Deputy Director and Chief Human Resources Officer.
