The Saginaw Bay Symphony Orchestra continues their 20-year tradition of Holiday Pops by bringing together three of our most prolific local guest vocalists in one unforgettable holiday celebration.

Holiday Superstars will features conductor Maestro Fouad Fakhouri along with guest vocalists Todd Michael Hall, Amy Petty, and Sharrie Williams in a celebration of Saginaw’s own Holiday Superstars.

Sharrie Williams

Sharrie Williams has written and produced four exceptional CDs to date. She was nominated three times by the Blues Foundation for Traditional Female Artist and Soul Blues Female Artist of the Year. She won JAZZed Magazine’s World Music Artist of the Year. Her concerts span the world from Europe to the Middle East, from Africa to the USA. Her powerful voice is the perfect vehicle for her hard-drivin’ blues. Her vocal dexterity infuses her music with lyrical shades of jazz, and the sweet tenderness within her musical range is invoked by subjects containing deeply personal events and feelings.

Todd Michael Hall

Todd Michael Hall is an American musician born on September 27, 1969, in Saginaw, MI. He is best known as the lead singer for New York-based band Riot V, a position he has held since 2013, making him their fifth official singer. Todd has also sung in many other metal bands including Reverence, Jack Starr’s Burning Starr, Entice, and Harlet. He was a contestant on Season 18 of The Voice. He has released several albums, including Virgin Wings (EP, 1987) and Land of the Dead (2011). Todd and Riot V are on schedule to release their 17th album soon, their first since 2018.

Amy Petty

Amy Petty is a singer-songwriter originally from Royal Oak, MI. She has released several albums, including House of Doors (2006), Arm in Arm (2010), and The Darkness of Birds (2019). Her music has been described as “powerful and seductive” and has been compared to Eva Cassidy and Jonatha Brooke. Amy has performed live on various platforms, including Behind the Mic with Pam Rossi. She was signed to a St. Louis-based label where she released two albums before deciding to move back to Michigan to be closer to her family.

The concert is on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. Doors to the Temple Theater open at 7 p.m. and the concert starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are available through the Temple Theater Box Office by calling (877) 754-7469 or by visiting templetheater.com.
